Attendant Trunk Group Busy Status Display lets you display the busy status of the system trunk groups from the attendant console. The busy status display is a 'snapshot' of the current usage of outgoing trunk groups. Trunk groups may be specified by group number or leading digits.
Not available on the MiVoice Business Console.
Program a TRUNK GROUP STATUS firmkey (see Attendant Console Firmkeys).

To view the status of all trunk groups:
Press Trunk Stat.
Press Trunk Groups.
Press Enter.
Do one or more of the following:
To view the trunk groups, press Next and Previous.
To update the displayed information, press Update Status.
To return to attendant mode, press Exit.
To view the status of a specific trunk group:
Press Trunk Stat.
Press Trunk Groups.
Enter the trunk group number.
Press Enter.
Press Exit.
To view a trunk group by specifying the trunk access code and ARS Digits Dialed:
Press Trunk Stat.
Press Digits Dialed.
Enter the trunk access code.
Enter the ARS Digits Dialed.
Press Enter.
Press Exit.
To print the displayed information:
Press Print Screen.
Press Exit.
To print all trunk group information while you are viewing the status of all trunk groups:
Press Print All.
Press Exit.
