Attendant Trunk Group Status Display (Traffic Monitoring)

Description

Attendant Trunk Group Busy Status Display lets you display the busy status of the system trunk groups from the attendant console. The busy status display is a 'snapshot' of the current usage of outgoing trunk groups. Trunk groups may be specified by group number or leading digits.

• Not available on the MiVoice Business Console.

Operation

5540 IP Console

To view the status of all trunk groups:

1. Press Trunk Stat.

2. Press Trunk Groups.

3. Press Enter.

4. Do one or more of the following:

5. To view the trunk groups, press Next and Previous.

6. To update the displayed information, press Update Status.

7. To return to attendant mode, press Exit.

To view the status of a specific trunk group:

1. Press Trunk Stat.

2. Press Trunk Groups.

3. Enter the trunk group number.

4. Press Enter.

5. Press Exit.

To view a trunk group by specifying the trunk access code and ARS Digits Dialed:

1. Press Trunk Stat.

2. Press Digits Dialed.

3. Enter the trunk access code.

4. Enter the ARS Digits Dialed.

5. Press Enter.

6. Press Exit.

To print the displayed information:

1. Press Print Screen.

2. Press Exit.

To print all trunk group information while you are viewing the status of all trunk groups:

1. Press Print All.

2. Press Exit.
